Late Winter Portraits in Dallas

I’m introducing a couple of new things today: 1) my model of a husband, Keith and 2) portraits. You might have seen a glimpse of Keith on my about page. When you’re married to a photographer and in need of some headshots, it’s not a difficult sell. I’ve found myself in some creative ruts lately and any excuse to get out of the house and take some photos different from my norm is a yes from me.

Little did we know Texas decided to have one last winter hurrah for the season. You guys, these photos were taken on MARCH 3rd. It was 20 degrees in downtown Dallas. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. I couldn’t feel my fingers by the time we got back in the car but I think it was worth it!
